Shipping and Postage

• Our products are shipped using Australian Post Service and Australian Post Express. 
• We ship domestic and internationally.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Normally it takes between 3-5 business days for orders within Victoria or 7-9 business days elsewhere in Australia.
• Shipping cost is calculated on checkout page.
• We also offer next day delivery to any address in Melbourne and its neighbouring suburbs.
• All selling items are distributed from our storehouse in Moorabbin, VIC.
• Please allow for one business day, excluding holidays, for purchases to be processed.

Pre-Orders 

When placing a pre-order on an item currently not in stock or a custom order you may be asked to be patient with delivery times. 

Once stock arrives you will be notified of the shipping details as soon as we post your order.

International delivery time:

• Our international parcel ETA’s continue to be impacted:
• Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-20 working days)
• Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)
• Zone 3 - Rest of the world (25-30 working days)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery location. As Shipping cost varies it is calculated on the checkout page before you complete your transaction.

Returning Items

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may be eligible to return it to Wine Décor Store.

Damaged or Lost Items

Wine Décor Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
