Wine Decor Australia provides a warranty against manufacturing defects on all products, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty period:
Warranty periods may vary depending on the product and will be specified where applicable.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modifications, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.

Claims:
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos or additional information may be required to assess the claim.

Resolution:
If a product is found to be defective, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
